Team Blueprint CIC

At Team Blueprint CIC, we believe there's so much power and potential yet to come from the Black community. We want to ensure that the next generation is more inspired, more confident and better equipped than ever before!

Team Blueprint CIC is a new, London-based Access and Outreach initiative dedicated to empowering the Black community. To us, your blueprint is your personal journey and experiences. Our mission is to ensure students recognise the value of this and embrace their individuality - we want to show that there’s not just one ‘perfect blueprint to success’. We think the best way to do this is through our graduate-led network, which gives Black & mixed race students in Years 7-13 the opportunity to learn from and connect with current university students & graduates from similar backgrounds. In doing so, we can support students through the different stages of their academic careers and help them to reach their full potential.

Our Mission and Vision

There are 4 parts to Team Blueprint CICs mission: Inspiring a Generation, Valuing our Identity, Walking & Working Together and Bridging the Gap.

Inspiring A Generation

We want to encourage young people of African and Caribbean heritage to purposefully chase their goals and confidently take on new opportunities.

The desire to uplift and to support the next generation is at the heart of all that we do.

Meet Team Blueprint

Becoming a part of The Blueprint Project's vision affords a unique opportunity to help bring about positive change in the Black community.

Our helpers facilitate the events we run during the year, which target different age groups and are held in various parts of London. We're very flexible with our helpers, so we'll only ever match you with the events that are most convenient for you and best suited to your interests.

We're always excited to welcome onboard new helpers, including current university students, recent graduates and early professionals.
